Hill climb challenge, obstacle course challenge and mud pit. Yeah we both got plenty of footage, have to sort through it and post it up. Yeah finger board rd was cut at house creek(was 700mm over but down to 100mm now) and alligator flats(1.8m).

have had confirmation from these guys that there enduro loop is over 3m wide sounds tempting. i will be down that way weekend of 11th picking up a trailer. could be talked into a long weekend if some one else was keen to go. how are plans for the next kalpower ride going cheers donk

Mate have not heard from anyone as far as kalpower goes but I'm keen as, especially after all this rain.

I'm keen to do a trip wherever, but don't have any weekends off this month (only weekdays) but the first 3 weekends of march I have free and will be hell keen for wherever!! Keep me posted!!

OK well slims last lot of dates might work then seeing as the 24th is a friday. We might be able to go thur 23rd stay the night you come out fri 24th stay the night ride sat 25th stay the night and go home sun 26th???

Illbe unable to do any riding until mid march at the earliest unfortunately guys.

But by then the raptor should be fixed up and I'll have the go pro mounted and ready to get some footage aswell!

I'll try and plan either a weekday trip or weekday/ weekend trip to the island when the house over there is empty so we can take it over

and if it's during the week I can ride full days and show you guysaround even more of the tracks!
Isjust hard to do it on the weekendssince I'm only ever usually home for a day and a half.....

i could do a 3 day weekend ie 24, 25, 26th feb im now picking up the trailer weekend of 11th as it wasn't ready (it realy does exist i'm not making her up) and i have a wedding the following weekend ( no i'm not marrying the trailer allthough it does look hot) so the above are ok with me. where we goin?? yeh ordered the gopro bacpak, and the trailer mob are 23k from qld moto park at wyaralong so i'll check it out while i'm there cheers donk

Awsome! So slim, myself and the other boys from here will be out there (kalpower)thur 23rd, Xsvwallace & donk arrive Friday 24th. Slim you let me know what time thur morning you want to meet at Miriam Vale shell servo.....allow a couple of hrs from Rocky. From MV it's only about 60km but have to climb a couple of ranges so about another hr drive. Donk what backpack you get for the gopro? LCD, battery or both?

i got the ex battery! i guess xv and myself will need detailed directions. is the campsite powered. if no you must have a genny. we have a 1kva honda if needed. ill pm xv if i dont hear from him.slim and i had a meeting this arvo and commiited ourselves to finke, 54 quads at last count so should be ok but filling fast, cheers

xv has been to kalpower with us last time so if traveling down together you will be right. Bring the generator if you can because one of the guys down here brings his but he might take it back with him when he goes. No power at the camp or showers, just long drop dunny's, water tank, large shelter shed, fire pits etc. I will bring one of those 12v shower pumps and a bucket so everyone can have a cold shower if they want. Slim, have a talk to Henry as it might be quicker for you to come down through Calliope/Boyne Valley/Ubobo than Miriam Vale. If so we can meet you just south of Ubobo at the T intersection. Just let me know.

By the sounds of it just about everyone will have a helcam so we should get some good footage.
