Try searching the fuel controller website to ensure that the factory settings are correct for your pipe. If not change the settings to suit and give that a crack. You may be sucking in way too much air for it to start.

adjusted it right down the oppostie way , hit the start button was just about to kick over .after a few attempts i adjusted the idle adjuster i think its called the knob thing you turn on the injector manifold ,did that anti clockwise a few times whilst kicking it over and it fired up right away Smile. let it idle then played with the computer , runs sweet now , will check tomorow on a cold start , thanks for help

So your saying install the new one , set it to factory position. And don't touch the "profanity removed". Even with the mods I have I shouldn't adjust it.

i have stage 3 cams full leo exhaust lrt intake tube custom air box with a pod filter mine still set the same as it was when i predelivered it i have had no dramas at all.
if u are looking at more mods you should try a procom ecu instead of the piggy back systems very easy to tune cost me about 300 with freight 2 years ago

Replaced it today it started pretty good just need to play with the new computer settings . What settings do you Kwaka guys run on the idler knob thing . I think it's 22 turns anticlockwise standard . I had to turn it a few more times anti clockwise to get it idling nice. Still sounds like it has a miss tho

the only tip i can give is to not touch it are u running the air box lid on or off if its on try just unplugging the fuel controller and run the ecu on its own see how it goes but it will most likely need a dyno run
