I have been told by freinds, and read on here more than once that only motorbikes, trikes and Quads can be registered to ride in the RVA at stockton, (IE with recriational registration). and that Buggies like oddysies cant be registered.. I know that offroad / beach buggies are no longer allowed (Geoff Page cant get his buggy onto the beach legally anymore..)..

Have been discussing this on another thread. any body got the facts?

Think you will find it's a big NO....stupid huh?

Only non-complying motorcycles and ‘quad bike’
type all-terrain vehicles, such as those illustrated, may
be registered for recreation use on the Stockton
Beach Recreation Vehicle Area.

The only thing I can see that may help is the vehicle descriptions on the actual application.
They say either 2 or 3 wheeled motorcycle or ATV for use at Stockton, no mention of any buggy of any sort.

If that is the only barrier to registration, you could soon attatch a set of handle bars....

I think there may be a little more to it..
