Hey, Raptor 700 stops when it gets hot, once its cooled down it starts again, won't start while it is warm. What should I look at?

Play swap-tronics until you find it.

I'd be looking at any component with a transistor in it.
CDI, voltage regulator, and coils etc.
Anything that can go open circuit when hot.
Sometimes it might only need some new heat sink paste (between the component and the alloy finned backing).
If it is a heat sink component, it might feel really hot while it is running (like way to hot).

I hope it's just that simple for you Smile

tell us how the bike stops? it may be a timing issue. we had the same thing happen on a Badger 80cc. it wouldn't hurt to check shims. does the bike lose power gradually then sputtered and stop or does the engine turn off instantly? is the behaviour consistent when it stops?

i am not a fan of supermarket mapping so if you have done that that could have something to do with it.

check your fuel lines? check your radiator for discolouration of fluid. if so you might have a head or gasket problem.

do you notice flat spots before the engine shuts off?

let us know so we can get a better idea. you never know, it might be the smallest thing.
