I think I'd rather be down here in Tassie where you might see a dozen or so Yobbo's on the beach and out in the dunes at one time....Not 170,000 rednecks.

No problems down here in Tassie. If your quad is registered you can ride in that many places you would have trouble riding them all in years.
As for Parks and Wildlife Officers, I've been pulled up once in 15 years. He had a look at my rego and drivers licence and sent me on my way, no problems, and I've ridden 000's & 000's of kilometers around the place.
