Hi everyone, i'm 16 and have wanted a quady for many, many years. Now that i have a job and have been saving a bit, i thought, why not look into it now. I've ridden 4x4 quaddies on several occasions, but i'm after a sport style one. i'm on a very strict budget of 2,000 (not including gear etc) and was looking at the atomik feral 250cc, but i've only heard bad things about them. Would i be better off replacing the carby, springs etc on it, or just getting a better quality used one (but i doubt there are many out there on my budget)

I would suggest maybe keep saving a bit more and maybe you could find a good yamaha or suzuki or even a honda, send feral kid a pm and he would be able to assist you with a report on the non traditional jap quads
