I know its a pretty mundane question but...any tips for washing riding pants and not ruining the leather on inside leg?
Seeing as how I like to find mud... washing after every ride is a must and if it's not mud it's orange dust ....but all that washing seems to eventually shred the leather on inside leg, makes for great ventilation but!
Can any of you keen riders give me any tips on what your 'better half' does to keep them in one piece? _________________ If there is mud I will find it !

Truck wash CT18, then powerwash, then throw them in the machine with Biozet and whiteking powder
Shoulda seen the gear we bought back from Qld had to soak it for two days, got it pretty clean though
Watch out for napisan as a soaker tends to make the leather go mushy _________________ www.waquadmx.com |

I remember my missus riding pants had washing instructions and care blah blah blah because of the leather bit. As blokes we don't normally pay attention to this kinda stuff.... just rip the tag off and the put the bastards with the rest of the gear ready for the next ride.
Mate, get in to a bike shop and cop a look see at the washing instructions on a pair hanging on display. _________________ Cheers,

just get married
it'll only cost you 80% of your pay for the rest of your life, but your riding gear will be automatically cleaned (if your lucky polished too ) |
