Hello Everyone , I sent a order to rockymountinATV and they replied saying they need to see a the top of my statment of the credit card because there has been so much dodgy orders from Australia ? has anyone else been asked this from them ?
Before anyone ask why i went to the states fro parts , i send 7 emails to all diffrent quad shops over east and over hear in W.A. ( well i will only use one Quad shop in W.A.) and i only got a reply from one shop and that was the one here in W.A. (legend quads) no other shop replied , that is sad for it was for mufflers for 2 quads and other small parts. so i went to the USa and got a reply 2 hours later ..

Hey Mate yea they are pretty good on their systems but i would be hesitant to send them all your details maybe black out your account number just leaving last 6 digits so they can match your card and your address just so they feel secure on the transaction (as they will send items prior to money being "fully cleared")
I have used rocky mountain heaps of times and never had an issue even when i ordered the wrong size rims they said they would change them over for me no issues but i had to frieght them back to u.s (they were going to pay for another lot of freight back over here no charge)
Also try ATV Galaxy and Mods3 in the U.S i have used both and been happy with the service.
Oh and yea don't blame ya for going O.S as most guys here don't give the service!!!
I am lucky to have Luke Beechey Motorsports just down the road and he does his best to match O.S prices and their service!

Set up a paypal account and link it to your credit card. |

As kingquad said, set up a paypal account and its so easy. Within a few days you will have your order.

ring them bazz and find out just put 00111 before there number that puts u strait to them

Best to give the atv shops in oz a call, atleast you will get an answer straight away, remember they dont sit in front of there computers all day as most are not internet based for there sales.
Givw them another chance atleast u wont get the hassles of overseas sellers

They ask for that info only if it's your first time purchasing with your credit card but still best to use paypal as nobody gets to see your card details.

| These guys are unreal, if nothing in their catalogue is what you are after , just email them and tell them what you are after, and they will find it for you. Great specials and quality parts as well. I fully recomend these guys as I have already done to others. Paypal is the way to go. |
