got my new tyre put on the rim, however when i press hard on the sides i can hear a slight hiss as a little air escapes the between the tyre in the rim, how bad is this? Crying or Very sad

take the wheel off your bike and submerge in water, u will see air bubbles if there is a leak, if there is take it back to tyre shop and tell em, fix this f@#$kin thing now.

The bead may not be properly seated,(if the bead is not propely seated it could be dangerous) does the rubber touch the inside of the rim all the way around and is it even if not go to the servo and put some dish washing liquid around the rim and pump it up till the bead pops on properly but don't pump it more than what it says on the tyre. you may have to let it right down lube it up again then pump it up again

Dan , for where we ride id run 7 up front and 4 to 5 in the rear.....

will give u great steering and awsome traction .

once u get used to the bike we'll set your suspension for u as well.

dont worry about the hissing they often do that when freshly set ...leave them hard for a day or too then let them down to the above pressures ....

they will be fine.

put about 15 psi to seat the beads and tyre pressure -i have kenda dominators front and back on my banshee and run them at 4 psi each
