Do the yfz450 and yz450f and wr450 share the same clutch? is it all interchangable or dependant on the bike?
got a mate who busted his yz450 clutch and has found a cheap yfz450 one but needs to know if its gonna swap over.
any help is appreciated |

Pretty sure that the YZ has one more plate than the YFZ, but only because it has 2 thin ones instead of a wide one in the YFZ. I have a YZ clutch in my YFZ so I don't see why it wouldn't work the other way around. _________________ "If in doubt go flat out"

I can't remember how much I paid but we put the YZ one in because my engine was pulling a bit more power than standard and my mechanic said it would be better to have the extra plate to get it to hook up well.
Give Adam at Quad Squad (03 5940 4544) a ring though and he should be able to tell you straight away what the go is. _________________ "If in doubt go flat out"
