So, it was raining and i was bored. I wanted to tidy up my quad. Here sare some pics to show it's progress.

when i started it looked like this

I then pulled it apart just to the engine and frame. Sanded, cleaned greased, tightened.

Frame painted and started to re assemble (sorry for the dodge pic)

Plastic sat back on to see how lights sat

Tested lights at night and the position failed, Possum spotters lol.

Then for the finished product.

So, that's where i'm up to. Extremely happy how it turned out, had a few parts of the frame strengthened while it was apart i.e swing arm have a weak spot, not anymore!
Plastics came up really good, still bright yellow with no cracks =]

You can't see them in these pics, but there are Red LED lights behind the new black grill which glow onto the Elkas Ressis whilst the lower head light is on. Bit of a poser look, but it look awesome and the red makes it fast!! ahahah

I was thinking new matching front chrome rims, just need the time to do it.

I was going to replace the nerfs (for looks) however after i pulled them down, i painted them black and it made a huge diff. and saved me 300+

What do you guys think??
