Come across this yesterday
Went to start my Suzuki ltr450 turned key to on position and got no lights so I thought I had a flat battery . So I moved my quad to get to the battery and heard the egnition turn on and all the lights we were so I started it. it than ran for 2 min then switched of n no lights again when I went to start it but found when I wriggle the clutch handle I get lights start it and still runs for like 2 min
Has anyone come across this
Cheers |

i had a similar issue a while back turned out the nuetral start switch (mounted on the clutch lever) had been pinched a little after ajusting the handlebar and clutch lever position. needed to adjust the clutch lever up ward so the switch wasnt pressed up against the bars.
may not be your issue but worth looking at. _________________ 08 Raptor 250 (missus)

Had a similar problem, but mine was in the original kill switch, the red slide, was in where the wires went onto the contacts. _________________ JUST DOIN IT |
