Ive heard the GO PRO HD cameras are really the only ones worth getting because the images that come out of the other brands are not very visible.
Is it really worth getting a helmet cam? does everyone that has one use it often, and actually watch it over again?
I really just want one to catch those perfect stack/jump moments when your tailgating a mate
If anyone has one for sale please let me know. |

i have a contour HD 1080p, good thing with it is you can mount it through 180 dcegrees. i do watch footage over again, mainly delete the boring stuff. its good fun to move camera around on bike to see the different angles. if you want i can pm you my you tube site _________________ ltr450 with un-broken stuff

I have the GoPro HD helmet cam.
Did a bit of research and comprarisons with the Contour HD cam but i chose the GoPro in the end and its awesome.
I have used it mounted to my helmet, nerf bar, front and rear grab bars and they all work great.
They come with a waterproof case so no need to worry about dust, sand or mud.
I got the motorsport kit, it seems to have the best range of mounts to attach it to your helmet and quad.
Here is a link to my gluetube page, all the quad stuff is recorded with the GoPro HD

Well worth the investment. |

| definitely the Go Pro is the way to go and if ya can afford two or ya mates got one. they have just released a housing that allows you to shoot in 3D by holding the two units side by side. The clarity is brilliant out of the HD GoPro |
