Hi All,
I would like to bring to your attention our Off Road Survey which has been designed and released to engage the wider motorcycle community and receive feedback from all facets of Riders in SA.
Please spare a couple of minutes to complete the survey for the benefit of all Motorcyclists. Feel free to spread the word, obviously the more responses the better and the more support we can gain gives us a bigger voice in the corridors of power !! The future for Off Road Trail Riding in SA has never looked brighter, MSA is making significant advances and we need as many Members, Non- Members, Recreational Riders, Families and Friends to get behind this worthwhile cause for the success of the project.
If you are able to place a link on your individual club websites etc that would be much appreciated,
Motorcycling South Australia has just released the SA Off Road Motorcycling Survey.
We encourage everyone to complete the survey and tell us what you think !
Please help us better understand riders needs and concerns by completing the online survey.
The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete.

Survey ends 30th May
Contact Tredwell Management Services if you have any queries on 82346387.
Many Thanks,

That survey appears to be angling towards a designated area as a ride park.......
But good to see another MA State body willing to get their hands dirty.
IMO opinion, it is the best way to grow our juniors into the various aspects of our sport. _________________ Remember. We elect politicians, but we have to deal with bureaucracy.

I made a point of the lack of Conditional Rego for Recreational ATV riding in SA which puts Quadriders at a major disadvantage to 2-wheelers in terms of riding area access. _________________ Proud Member of QuadridersSA

I made the point that a recreational rego is required for legal riding on State managed Lands, and passed on the links and other points of the rec rego push in Qld by FNQR, including the contact details.
MAQ, the Qld arm of MA, endorse us and are behind us on that issue also.
MAQ won the management tender up here for a state owned ride park called Wyaralong near Beaudesert.
A ride park may not solve all the problems, but it will provide a venue for juniors and families to become involved in our sport on a lot of levels.
I posted that survey on our Face Book page..

Everyone needs to get onto this.
It's about places to ride.
Make sure you mention that you ride a non-ADR approved Quad / ATV and that you also need places to ride.
Use all of your full details even if you are admitting to illegal riding.
This will help point out a requirement.
Otherwise the survey results will be skewed by respondants not telling the truth or pulling out before submitting, which will make quads look like an even a smaller minority.
So make sure you get everyone you know who rides a quad to fill out this survey.

Please, everyone, fill this survey in...
and be sure to detail that you are riding a quad.
Otherwise we could be excluded from new ride spots opened up to the public.
Specifically write QUAD in a few places where it asks 'other'...........
It only takes a few minutes to fly through it and we need every quad rider to do this.
