i heard some were rzr rhino utv are banned from stockton beach is this tru any more info

The only legal ATVs for Stockton right now are two wheeled motorcycles and four wheeled quads. If it doesn't look like the vehicles in the photos on the RTA site (a Banshee and two on/off road bikes) your rego can be cancelled.
This could be a huge problem for a lot of people at the moment as the insurance company may refuse to pay in the case of an accident involving riders of trikes etc where those riders thought they had done the right thing and have paid money over for years thinking they are covered. This could be bad for the rider and for the injured person and their family. |

Ozpilot, not having a go at you on this, but your quote of - ( RTA site a Banshee and two on/off road bikes), brings back quite a few memories of when i first tryed to get my banshee registered for Stockton beach. I filled out the form and did not tick that the bike had blinkers. It was then knocked back for the rego so i quoted the Pic's on there website of the banshee on the beach and demanded someone in charge to call me back.......... But no one from the RTA did
