The inside is pretty messy at the moment plus a few things to finish like linning the inside wall and adding wall cupboards i will get some pictures at some stage soon. The walls are made from 50mm coolroom panel and then laminated with a 1.7mm fibreglass panel called kemilte which is an american made product. There are 50x50x3mm rhs tubes inserted into the edges of the coolroom panel for strength and to tap into for the corner capping. The base frame is 75x50x4mm rhs with 17mm plywood. Also we have a 15kva diesel generator in the rear behind the wheels to run our food van.

Might not look like much but heres my trailer 7 X 10 , she's a work in progress , got a spare wheel winch off an ol traytop ute to go on,
stainless tool box and jerry can holders to go on the A frame then she's finally ready for paint all up to date has cost me $150 , and a whole lot of time :O)

Not bad for an ol caravan...

Caravan chassis are the best mate...big, cheap and easily modified to fit more quads on

This is my caravan chassis I use to carry all the bikes around when the kids wants to go somewhere, can't beat it:

Nah, I use our horse truck for enduo's because it has a shower, bunks, sink, microwave and all the sh1t in it, but is an enclosed box. Worked out how to do it today though, we just ride them onto the tailgate, lift it up untill it is a bit above level and then jack them up with a trolley jack, spin them around sideways and then push them in. Just gunna put better wheels on the jack so it rolls better.

I just picked up a new trailer for the King Quad. Very well built and solid. Will carry two quads sideways or as the King Quad is pictured.

10 x 5.6 in size. A couple of new Sunraysias on the way.

Some pics of my newest trailer:

Started life as an old caravan. Now its slightly transformed.

5.4m long + A frame

2.3m wide

1.45m high inside with roof closed

2.0m high inside with roof opened

It should fit (fingers crossed) my 3 quads and 2 motorbikes

Here is our tandem trailer we use to transport our two CF Moto 500 4x4. We have two seperate frames so they can be removed from the trailer when need be,
I had the steel bent into channels so to hold the quads in place. Smile
We had the frames galvernised and only need to finish off running the wiring on the new led trailer lights. I use large truck-style ratchet straps to hold the quads back towards the frame stops, a small strap at the back and can even use the quads winch ropes for more securing too. Wink

Here's how we move our bikes.

For those of you looking for a similar trailer, we can build another one to suit if you like

Merry christmas every one!

Unless one of those axles turns, I would not have thought they would be real happy with a heavy load and then turning around a corner. The hubs would almost be getting torn off I would have thought

This is mine just after I made it , few more little mods have been done since
The two middle ramps are adjustable for one to go in the middle over the axle , Tows very well , nicely balanced either way.
I also got the idea from here
