What are they?
Why are they the preffered set of bars to use?
And do they fit a raptor 700? _________________ Finke virgin for 2011.....

Once you ride with a set you will never ride with any other bars. I rode without mine on the weekend just gone and I didnt really appreciate how much Flexx bars do, until I didnt have them!
The only thing you will need to make sure for a set to fix your raptor, is that you have fat bar clamps. |

See them as another set of shock absorbers. When you have flown too high.
I like them.
They have a kind of 'booby" action |

Over here in Holland the flexx bars are THE way to go as well.
We ride alot of sand tracks and as the day progresses, the "brake bumps"
right before a turn get so deep that if you didn't run Flexx bars....yours arms will fall of!!
They do a great job at flattening out smal, sharp bumps and also making a harsh landing a bit more pleasant.
There are other options BTW. I run a set of XRW flex bars and in the USA there is a company called Fourplay that makes a kind that directly bolts onto the steering stem, without bar-clamps.
Hope this helps.
....hmmmm...boob.... no worries _________________ 2008 Raptor700SE Road use
