I run the Trailtech Vapor and the Mrs runs the Trailtech Endurance. Haven't heard of too many other brands around. _________________ I'm not suffering from insanity, I'm enjoying it!!! |

I had the trail tech endurance on my 400EX. I found it to be not very easy to remember the different modes, and the distance travelled was always fairly inaccurate. ATV front tyres change shape quite a bit at high speed which will change the reading.
I think next time if I need to keep track of distance travelled I will use a GPS.
As for hours, a basic hour meter should do the trick. _________________ Cheers,

The Vapor is easier to read and has more functions. A lot of people question their accuracy but they are great for giving an indication of speed and distance during enduro events or general riding. I also use mine to keep track of the engine run time for servicing and engine temp. _________________ I'm not suffering from insanity, I'm enjoying it!!! |

i run a garmin forerunner 305, its a GPS, logs km and all that stuff
also automatically starts and stops when you do.
its normally designed for fitness enthusits and is a wrist watch, but i took the straps off it and mount it in my flexx bar pad.
works a treat. _________________ 2012 sponsors, Working on it. |
