Do you mean a GYTR exhaust?

If so, I have seen this happen on a mate's 450 (not as quick though). Apparently the trick is to use only one bolt to mount the silencer to the sub-frame, instead of the two supplied. This lets the silencer move a little and flex instead of being too rigid and breaking.

I have found out that the 09 GYTR mufflers had a "issue" and you should be able to take it to the shop you got it from and get warranty and ask for the 2010 model i have had one of these for 8 month now and its still holding strong but i went through about 4 to 5 of the 09 model ones . so best do that Dont fix it just gett hem to replace it .
