Whats the story with Austraco ????????
My local Suzuki dealer ordered a set of alloys wheels from them one week ago to go on my new quad that i am waiting to pick up ,only waiting for Austraco, They have not even left yet !!!!!!! Wont answer the phone !!!!!! Wont answer emails !!!!!!


And i reccomended them to the dealer ,,, crikey

I beleive that Andrew from Austraco is overseas , hence the reason why it is hard to answer the phone , im not sure when your oorder was placed but maybe he was not in the country when the order was received.

I believe he is in china so maybe thats why it is hard for email as well

Ok , did you place the order or the dealer , did you speak to Austraco or the dealer , did you have to pay the dealer or Austraco , if this comes back to the dealer being the person that places and is responsible for payment for the order then really it is the dealer who should be placing comments and not yourself,


Further enquirys have been made and i was informed that the confirmation for the order was made on wednesday by the dealer.

Ok, thats not really the case, but time to leave this one alone i think, otherwise it will get BIG , see what happenes next week, they are still apparently on order and so forth .

If you don't have any luck getting hold of Andrew call Mike at Quad Parts in Perth for help as they are a dealer for Austraco. He might be able to get hold of Andrew overseas or organise something until Andrew gwts back.

I’ve been in china since the 20th the office has been attended every day except for two days while Chris and Angus both had other commitments.
I will be back in the office on the 1st dec and Angus will be there every other day until then.

If you are having trouble contacting me directly use our website email enquiry you can use this from most pages on our site, also you can always leave a voice message on the office phone.

As far as the wheel order, the dealer rang and asked me if we had them in stock before I left. The quote paper was filled out and the dealer said he would call back to confirm later. Chris got the order cofo on Wednesday 24th.

Goods do not get sent out until payment has been made. So if the dealer did not pay us that could have delayed the order another day or two.

It is not up to Austraco to complete a sale for a dealer. We help for tech info and quotes but we cannot control what happens in there shop.

It is also very unreasonable for a customer to complain on a public forum about austraco's "bad service� when they did not even order directly from us.

I’m very unhappy about this thread and I think these things should not be said on a public forum as it is defamation. If you have a problem do not go to the internet and bad mouth someone, contact them and sort the problem out.

When you say whoever answered the phone a week back , were you the one who made the call or the dealer.

Austraco has always been a very obliging seller and as i stated earlier if you were not the one that placed the order it really is not just that you get on a public forum making comments about being a bad seller, im not saying that the dealer was in the wrong but i had no problems in contacting Austraco while in china , as i called the mobile number for them and was informed of the status of the order.

I think that this subject has been well and truly covered and i would like to think that you might call Andrew tomorow wehn he is back and maybe discuss this an then maybe things will have a happy ending

Tony B i placed an order the fri before last, paid last Wed. When placing the order i was aware Andy would be on the other side of the drink. My item hadnt turned up by fri so i made a call this morning. answered straight away by Angus, told me it should get to me by tomorrow (no issues getting a hold of someone) The Austraco boys are pretty good to deal with. As others have posted this shouldnt be on a public thread... hope you get things sorted

Update on the wheels ......
have been in contact with Andrew , the wheels left yesterday, I am not going to go into what happened on this day and that date and time e.c.t. e.c.t. and who was in Aust. and who wasnt ,

" At the end of the day " the wheels are on the way , There is no hard feellings towards Andrew or Austraco on my behalf and as i said to him , i hope to do buisness with him in the future .

Happy ending ?? its gotta be ..
