Does anyone know if front shocks off a Honda400ex would fit a Honda700xx ?

Priesty the shocks on the 700 are 450mm eye to eye and the top mount is about 18 mm wide and the bottom mount is 30mm wide.
Sounds like somebody liked the ride on the Austraco bike???

Thanks for the info Phil, is that length with the suspension unloaded(hanging at full extension). ? Or was that measure from your stock ones off the bike at rest.
Just tryin to decide if I do upgrade to the 700 if it's worth keeping the Elkas & having them retuned to suit (if they fit)..
