hey guys can i ask ur oppinion?
if you bought a brand new bike, but hadnt picked it up yet. would u be pissed off if it was sitting out in the sun (and rain for that matter) with the other line of bikes out the front of te bike shop? or would u prefer it in their garage (inside) area? _________________ YFZ 450SE .... oh yeah!

yamaha dealer at moorooka. i was a bit pissed off about that, like it pissed down with rain yesterday and i was inside the dealer watching the bike get soaked, then when i went out side to look at it, it was covered in mud that had flicked up all over it. not that im one of those little bitches that is scared to get it dirty, but its brand new its not for them to get it dirty. or am i just complaining like a little girl? it does cost "profanity removed" loads but _________________ YFZ 450SE .... oh yeah!

Dan , pro Yamaha on the Sunshine Coast take the bike and put it inside in an area of the showroom that few people go to , they then put a sign on it saying "this bike has been sold , please respect the owners rights and do not touch it"
I think that is good.
Just tell them what you want done with it , if they value your business then they will oblige.
What did u buy in the end ??? _________________ It's time too ride !!!!!!! |

I agree with Prokiwi, Its not unreasonable for them to keep it out of the elements whilst they're holding it for you. You pay the big $$$$, they would be the first ones to get upset if you pulled out of the deal.
What colour did you get? got any piccies? I thought you were going for the orange and black one that is advertised on the site here?
I bought my YFZ450 from Moorooka. It was the second one they ever sold, probaly the second one sold in Brisbane. I had been itching to get a YFZ450 ever since they were dreamed up and mine has never missed a beat. Night and day over a raptor on an MX track thats for sure.
It did body slam me once at Echo Valley which ended in a broken collar bone but weve since made up. I'm just happy I broke its fall with my body....... . _________________ State governments give us REC rego + area to ride ATVs legaly! State Status: VIC-No (Nazi's) QLD-Yes(no place to ride tho) NT-? as for the bike advertised on here, i would have got it but no one would give me an unsecured loan of that amount. so bit of a bummer, but im more than happy with this bike, in fact im so happy that when i get it i may have to be laying down so not to smack my head when i fall over!
also probly better to have a stock bike seeing as i cant ride lol _________________ YFZ 450SE .... oh yeah!

well i just went down there to prove my income to them, and noticed the bike nicely tucked away, (inside)
with a little pillow and blanky for him. sure he will be happy till he comes to my nice warm snug and airconditioned garage. _________________ YFZ 450SE .... oh yeah!

hey Dan nice bike -- looks cool
i brought my 700se from the same place and the guys there are good to deal with
when you get fitted up for your gear ask for kev he will do you a good deal
are you getting nerf bars and lanyard kill switch ? (recommended)
the kill switch is a good investment as unlike a two wheeler that just falls over and stops when you come off a quad will keep driving riderless and its not easy to catch a runaway qaud --- trust me i know
i may go for a local ride this sunday around brissy -- we could meet somewhere for an easy ride |

Theres always the $50 trailer for the 13 Grand Quad which is always good too see.
I had a trailer snap off on me once doing 110. That was fun...... eyes like golf balls, and that was just the chick who was comming the other way.
Come on you Brissy boys give this guy and his new toy a lift to a riding spot. The weekend is nearly here.
