Now I need some advice as to what to get next!! I was thinking of going with a Holden Adventra, but if any one knows of any All Wheel Drive thats better for around the $25k mark with under 80000 kms please let me know!!! _________________ KTM 450XC!!!WHAT MORE CAN I SAY!!!!!!

You are spoiled for choice!
Subaru Outbacks and Foresters.
Toyota Klugers and RAV's
Nissan Pathfinders amd Morano's
Mazda CX series.
Other Mazda stuff
Ford/Mazda/Korean stuff.
Holden/Korean stuff.
The Kias
The Hyundais
All the dual cabs.....
.........lots of stuff!
Hell it's a big list.
Something that is easy to load bubs and toddlers into and carry the trailer load of infant paraphenalia, that's good on juice, that your main driver likes to drive and can still tow your quad would be the short list. _________________ Remember. firstly congrats, secondly i know how you feel. My little fella is 12 weeks and i had to sell the cross8 and got the missus a new captiva. Great car, 7 seats comfy, nice to drive, pretty good on fuel and you can pick them up new for a tad over 30.
I sure miss the 310kw cross8 but thankfully i still have my 500hp kingswood ute!!! _________________ KFX400,

Holdens SUVs are made by Daewoo some of their mechanicals were designed by GM Europe (Opel), that should tell you all you need to know, These are the people that bought you the Camira. . They never made a decent Deawoo. They are cheap for a reason.
Early Territory's had front end problems, fixed in 06/07 apparently, get the 6 speed auto, it does make a difference on fuel. as will 2wd.
Subarus can be horrendously expensive for major services, and parts aint cheap.
Havn't heard too much bad on Ravs, 2.4s can give trouble if you dont take care of them though..
Pathfinder V6s have huge thirst. Nissan CVT autos are very expensive if they break.
Mazda CX 7 and 9 are also very thirsty appently.
I havnt heard much about BT50 (and Fords' Ranger twin) but earlier Mazda Commercials (Bravo / B2600) were junk with Engine and transmission failures commonplace.
Ford/ Mazda Escape/Tribute, V6 Automatic transmissions give trouble I believe.
Late Kias are Hyundais under the skin, I don't have a lot to do with them, Hyundais Quality has certainly improved a lot in the last few years.
Territory or Toyota if it were my choice... of that type of vehicle.

looked at all dual utilities, navara ok but only top model accomodates baby and booster seats. found triton glxr to have more room for that. worth checking out, even borrow booster seat cos bubs grow and will need the extra space.

i second that...
the triton wins over the navara.
i had a 2004 gls dual cab manual 4x4 and traded it after 3 yrs on a 2009 vr dual cab auto 4x4, both TD
no issues with either and ive been up the territory a few times and offroad every week at least once.

I have a navara d22 str turbo diesel, it's been a great car done over 35tho travelen ks and never missed a beat, but I prob wouldn't buy one again just on the fact that there not a comfy car to travel in, they ride quite stiff on the high way etc, I do love mine just wish it was I little plusher over bumps
And stuff, I had a lx8 adventure before this and that too was a great car, full comfert been the lx8 mod, but was too thirsty on the juice when towing me race car.

Have haard a few reports recently of the 2.5td in the D40 Navara failing.. heard of three in the last month.
The ZD30 (diesel) in the D22 Navara is known to be fragile as well... both very expensive to replace
Havent really heard anything bad about the 3.2 Diesel in the Tritons, I know nothing about the new 2.5 in the current model.
