Great Dargo Touring Rally
Friday 3rd September 2010
Arrive at Dargo.

Saturday 4th September 2010
Depart for ride at 8.30am Sharp , the days ride will take in some spectacular views of the Dargo district and will consist of steep hills and tracks , with fantastic views this will be a day to remember.
Distance travelled will be approximately 100 klm and the days riding will end at about 5.00pm.

Sunday 5th September 2010
Depart time will again be 8.30 am sharp and will take in some spectacular river views and fantastic scenery and will take in about 60klm

Accommodation is provided for both the Friday and Saturday nights, accommodation is not the local pub, but a very nice facility in the Dargo area about 2 mins from Dargo, full cooking facilities are available and it will be left to the individual person if they prefer to cook for themselves, by either BBQ or oven, supply your own bread and or cereals, or even bacon and eggs. This may help anyone if they prefer to keep costs to a minimum
On Saturday the local pub, which has a great ambience is offering meals from $15.00 to $30.00 and is a top quality meal.

Extended stay on the Sunday night is available if you do not want to travel home, just let me know before hand as to your intentions.

There are 12 vacancies for this ride and you will be taken on a ride that has been designed for all levels of riding, The cost of this ride is $400.00 per person , or a bit less if husband and wife wants to share a bed if they come as a couple.

The cost includes all accommodation in a top class facility and a deposit of $150.00 is to be paid as a booking fee by no later than Wednesday the 18th August.

That sounds like a great gig.
If we were able to, we;d be in.....
And for those that don't know, a counter lunch at a country pub is hard to beat, except for that sort of riding.
Anyone who goes will not be dissapointed.

Thanks Dino , it should be a great ride , there will a great time had by all , and if all works out there will be plenty more to come , even hire quads as well , the only must have on this ride is a current drivers licence must be held , so there will be no risk of any fines what so ever.

As the weather fines up there will be plenty of river crossings , this is a properly run ride with a front and rear sweep rider and breakdown assistance if needed. this is aimed at being a ride where all can ride safely and in a guided ride for piece of mind..

This sound like it would be an awsome weekend, and Dargo is only 2.5 hours drive frim my place!!

The only issue I might have is that I am not a very cofident rider putside my front paddock!! How do you think I would go!!

Im sure you will be quite capable of riding this rally , it is not a race but just a great ride , and there wil be more than enough guys and gals that can assist you if needed ,

This rally will have a weekend sanctioned permit,this permit is at a cost of $50.00, alllowing the use of quads legally on tracks without retribution from and thus not being able to be caught for being unregistered.

This is a great oportunity to be able to ride with a great bunch of guys and gals, places are filling .

Also there has been a few enquirys as to availability , yes you can bring your partner even if she does not ride ,and will be at a reduced cost pls enquire

Hi Guys an Gals

Due to 6 cancellations the Fathers day ride in Dargo has been postponed to October , One group of guys wifes had organised a special fathers day treat,

Anyway the dates are as follows

Arrive on the evening of the 1st , and ride on the 2nd and 3rd of October which is the saturday and sunday , again this is the same itinery as previous for the september ride and also again the following weekend of the friday 8th October and will be riding on the 9th and 10th.
