I have also built one like this useing a DS90 frame Banshee front and rear end and also used a 125cc four stroke.

and it's more work than you think.

I wasn't haveing a shoot at you, dont get me wrong, I was just saying that it is a really big job to rebuild the hole front end. I would have over 40 hours invested in the front.

I copy the banshee front end to the last mm, went 100mm longer in the front and used a banshee swing arm which I took out 160mm out of and it's about 2inc shorter than my 400EX but wider. used all aftermarket LSR etc.

May we need to get our kids together so they can have a blast. Hey tell me how does your 125cc go? got a 24mm carb Yoshimura exhust and our mods, but worried it's not going to keep up with the mod 90cc two strokes.

i'm in QLD you ?[/img]

He does not race it , just rides it at the beach & sometimes at Singleton mx track. It was built for a reason to keep him off his mothers
Z400 at five years of age.

This child started riding at 16 months old on a 50 quad.

At two years of age he rode solo in the bush.

At three years of age needs more grunt, so the list goes on.

May see you riding at the beach one day, bye for now quad. :) :)
