Hey guys
i currently have an 09 450r with gytr pod airfilter and gytr exhuast pipe, although my bike runs great im thinking that summer is coming to remove or modify my stock airbox lid for more airflow and to run a little cooler, Q if i take this off will my bike backfire or run lean?
i bought the bike with the filter an exhuast from the shop so dunno if they modifed the air/fuel ratio, or if i have to after removing the lid
any help would be great
thanks |

well i have got 2 of these bikes at the moment . and as soon as i put the filter, air box lid off and muffler on it i put a dyno jet comp on them so i think your cazzy with not having one on there now. yet alone taking your air box lid off. so if you ask me i say get a after market computer of some sort and get it tuned withthe lid off and leave the lid off . _________________ Sponsors ,Cullys Yamaha,Pirtek Malaga
