what do you think if you had a choice

Hey Len I don't see anything about Peps in the Question???

If you choose between Foxs and elkas which would you buy? simple

We don't need a page either.

Huskygoat

Are you the forum sherriff now Husky ?I never mentioned anything about other brands in the KTM thread I started and it soon had everyone plugging brands, so what, it's a forum of information ,you can choose to take in and ignore what you like.

I've ridden both Fox and Elka and weren't given either of them.

Fox, hands down.

I agree with everything Roycroft said....

I've ridden PEP's also, great shocks but not worth the extra $$$$ or the two month wait to get them unless you are a pro level rider. Just an opinion.

Hi Azza ,were they your PEP ,custom set up for you?
You are correct 4-6 week wait and Pros like Chris Brenton ,Ryan Lancaster,Ant Yewer ...wait for them and pay for them because they are the best true custom shock available. You get what you pay for in anything you buy.You can also get Front and Rear PEP Race shocks that start at $2700 complete custom built in any lenth long travel ... by PEP owner Wayne Mooradian that work comparable and better in some instances to the other brands.

Yes Lenny, they were custom set up. I may not be Chris Brenton but I'm not exactly a C grader. PB1's aren't worth the money unless you are racing against one of the guys you mentioned, simple.

The topic is "What is better, Fox or Elka?"

FOX, hands down, IMO.

There is a "Reviews and Opinions" and "Accessories" section on this forum where you can talk up and advertise PEP shocks, they have no place in this topic.

Hey Roycroft do you think Hardiman like their business.... Try not to be so see though pushing products everbody knows you get for free. I remember you saying Can am are the best lol.....Now you can't give Polaris a plug

why don't you say ... I win on fox floats ...... lol because you don't

or Maybe guys at Hardiman give best service, price and advice thats why I buy all my gear there. They set the floats up just the way you like .. Heres there number ...

Cheers Husky

the day i get free shocks from Fox will be a great day. fox support alot of riders in Australia with a great discount in return for good advertising. me and a fair few other riders offer fox a resonable return for this discount.
by far not exactly enough to warrent free shocks.

why does my team buy and run Fox.

as i said in an earlier post

So Len your now saying that PEP shocks are the same as all the rest?

if there comparable to the rest, then why all the spam in the general discussion section? and also by hijacking this thread?
im suprised the mods havent jumped on you yet and pushed you into the appropriate section, where u can promote to your hearts content.
all the other buisnesses that want to promote there products have to abide by the forum rules, its time u did aswell.

Maybe the thread shouldn't be in the General section to start with ?
But hey that's not my job or concern as Im not a moderator .
In answer to your question , I am suggesting you don't need to get the Top of range most expensive PB1 pro range to get quality working suspension built to your liking. There are more cost effective PEP options if you choose that are as good if not better than other brands. It is human nature to want the best of everything and pay the least for it. However this is rarely achieved and egos kick in.

I am surprised the thread didn't go to the buy and sell section
