Im feeling pretty confident Oh & dino i think yogies video evidence (as he claims) is footage of the sky because that was the direction his camera was facing when i pulled up after the "incident" but im sure he'll will blame the cameras postioning on me aswell, im getting used to being framed

LMFAO....again lets cross reference each other & go into detail of what the footage shows us all...phil this is the footage...ill confirm that...so as the story confirms that yogie was the lead bike, he comes to a halt...then you hear an approaching bike (me) then we see a light spray of mud hit the camera. So this confirms what we have been saying as far as events go....point 1 id like to make..."a light spray of mud/water"....LIGHT yogie, if it was an on purpose roost i would of blasted you with it. to spray you lightly defeats the point of roosting...point 2 as i ride past the engines rev's are consistant & you can plainly hear that i didnt give it any extra gumption as i passed....point 3 & the most important thing is yogie appears to live in a wrapped reality where he see's things in a totally different way....i still welcome "guilty or non guilty verdicts plz

The way i see it if you were parked on the edge of the road due to breakdown or a flat tyre , and a vehicle was to go past and splash you , ya have to wear it , Yogie you were parked due to being stuck , and the other bike went past , and splashed you a little , over and out , have a cup of concrete lol
