Does using tyre slime make your wheels go out of ballance?

I have 4 new rims and 4 new tyres (with tyre slime) and when the bike gets up to about 100km/h it shakes like crazy, it fells like I have buckled wheels.

any info would be great.

Thank you, Paul

You could have an odd bad egg tyre, but it is more likely the slime.
Did you run the bike to that speed before you had slime in them, and was it OK efore?
If you fitted them all up together and threw the slime in straight away, did you ride it to get the slime around the tyre?
This bit is fairy critical, if you dont ride the machine stright away to get the slime around the tyre, I've seen it cause balance prolems.
Even if you fill the tyre off the bike and just roll the wheel around etc, it works OK, you just can't let it sit still for ages.
I only know because I have made the mistake before myself.
Used correctly Slime works really well.

You can take the tyre back off the rim and manually paint it around, and then refit.
If you do this and the slime was the problem you'll see dry patches and clumps etc.
