i have semi-finals for hockey on. which sucks. i was just gonna not play, but, its only a club day at hervey bay so yeah, thought i should support the team.
Reno from bundaberg is definately going down, and Justin, who rides a KFX450 should be there as well.
But dont worry, i will be back in June, and also will be doing thunder x |

oh well next time. I will miss the next club day anyway as it is 1 week after ThunderX and I will be on holidays then.
Have you told Reno to have his donuts and coffee before the race this time? Rather than during it ?? |

Hi...you can nominate on the day. You will need a day license if you don't have a QLD or national license, and you may need to join the club also.
What sort of quad do you have? |

So a day license? Is it just a matter of paying money on the day? I am a member of the qqra. Is that enough or do you have to be a member of a club that a track as such? I have a KTM 525 08 model. All stock only just pet nerf bars on and bumper coming. Gotta get rid of the headlight to hey? What about numbers for the bike, myself or both? |

| Hi mate, you will have to join the club its $20 half year or $30 full year if my memory serves me right. day lic is $44 and noms are $20 if u supply a flagy or $30 if u go a long as for numbers just take some duck tape with u and make your own when u get there. u and the bike must have numbers visable. |

Do you guys have a list of race dates for Hervey Bay at all as we are going up to visit the family some time soon so may as well do it when there is a race on and have some fun.

Was a good days racing on a very wet track. Practise was a bit tough as everyone was getting bogged.
Only 5 of us there...Justin, Barry, Reno, Raptor 700 guy (can't remember his name) and myself.
Race 1 I holeshotted and had a nice lead till I had a major get off. Justin on the KFX snuck past Barry and stayed in front all the way. I clawed my way back to 3rd in the end. Reno broke a tie rod end so that was the end of him
Race 2 I stalled in the first corner for some reason and it wouldn't start for ages. Justin again passed Barry and stayed there till the end. I finished 4th behind the Raptor
Race 3 I holeshotted but then stuffed up turn 2 and let Barry past. Justin was all over me in 3rd and passed me on lap 1 going into the back section. I didn't give up and passed him going doing the straight on lap 2. I got pretty close to Barry on a number of spots but just couldn't get close enough to pass. I made my quad as wide as possible and in the end Justin couldn't get around me. So Barry 1st, me 2nd, Justin 3rd and the Raptor 4th
Overall it was Justin by 1 point for 1st, Barry 2nd and me 3rd.
Video coming soon showing my 1st race and a major get off...good for a laugh. I didn't hurt myself or the bike thankfully. I did it in the best spot...right in front of the grand stand lol

yeah hockey went good, we made it through to the inter-city club final next sunday. do i am not too disappointed that i missed racing. although, would rather race anyway. didnt even get to throw a leg over my bike at all over the weekend. will be on thursday though, we have our show holiday.
you better get the rest of that video, as it looks like you are just about to have your get off!! lol |
