Yeah you can; depending on the size of the hole.[a couple of plugs] If the hole is too big , take it to tyre shop and they can send it away to be repaired. Usually about $30-40 each.thanks scotty.

I saw a bloke use about 10 rope lugs in a sidewall cut about an inch long...
And he was still riding on that tyre a year later eek

I tried very similar during a selective section of Australasian Safari and had no luck at all.

Have a go.

Plugs are fine but im pretty sure you dont wanna go putting a tyre rasp in the sidewall. It buggers 4wd tyres so i can only imagine how much worse that'd be for a quad tyre
