Are you hitting the rev or speed limited? My 09 Raptor done this in fifth gear as well, disconnected the speed limited & it doesn't do I any more. _________________ Raptor 700R 09' |

Does the engine light come on if you disconnect the speed limiter? |

cut and ground the light blue wire on the end of the ecu loom and you don't need to disconnect the sensor and won't get check eng light on _________________ 08 Raptor 700SE

i got 08, have a look at the differences between the 08 and 09 wiring diagrams, can't see yamaha doing much different besides adding the speedo _________________ 08 Raptor 700SE

I have not been able to verify if cutting the blue wire works on the 09' Raptor. My Raptor done exactly as above in fifth gear. Disconnected the speedo seemed to stop this & that is all it seemed to do. No speed gain at all, just no shaking. _________________ Raptor 700R 09' |
