I think theres atl east 7 Mildura riders for it this year, will try and get the Broken Hill boys interested also, should be excellent. For those who dont know the track its across the road from last years Thumb Pump track, we need the numbers to show the narrow minded 2 wheelers we mean business and want to race.

it was a bit of a stuff up last year, but there giving us another go ,so let show those unfortunate enough to ride 2 wheels, that the quads mean business...........if we dont support it i, they will scrap the quads.....

Probably not cowchaser, we might smooth out a rut in a corner, then there wont be enough TISSUES on site to stop the tears from the 2 wheelers

When I raced two wheeler in desert races we didn't need ruts. Bunch of pusseys. its a pitty because it would be an awesome event if the gave us a real go

If people can let me know if there interested in riding Hattah then I can approach the club with some numbers to try and get more track time because if I can say we have 20 definate starters then they should listen, let me know and i'll see what happens. Also the club wants us for there flat track nights because the crowd loves the quads (who wouldnt?), so we should be able to bargin for something in return.

Hi guys, could be bad news !! , i picked up the sup regs for Hatta yesterday and NO quad class listed, tryin to find out WHY ???? , hope to have a answer b4 TP 300 this w/end ....

They better not kick the quads out. I was gunna do it next year as soon as i was 16. All the quad races around me are stopping.

Well I spoke to the president of the club and the head of the Hattah comittee and the president wants us but the Hattah commitee doesnt due to time factors, they have cut the junior race down in time and pony express doesnt even get to prologue, just assigned positions, they also said "Quads havent been well represented before" to which I replied rather annoyed "Give the 2 wheelers a 1 hour race and see how bloody many you get", I didnt get a reply on that one. We discussed running quads with the bikes but came to the same conclusion it would be to dangerous due to the tightness of some parts of the track( having been around it, its tight and narrow) Then they told me next year it is going to be a totally Ironman only event, no teams, quads or juniors, I will keep pushing it with them and see what happens.

WHAT. THat is bull. There is going to be a lot of angry people if there is only ironman next year and no quads this year either. They should let the quads run with the 2 wheelers. If all else fails to pass them run em over. I'm p1$$3d off now.

I know Its not my battle but I have ridden Hattah on a quad and Bike. Forget this event and support TP300 style events as people running the show have glitter in there eyes. Both times I was there it was a total stuff up. I think TP should be run Australia wide and each state run local events leading up to there round. 3-4 years time when the world has a fresh nappy on

It could be done at Hattah if they would run 2 tracks like Kamfari Just swap tracks each year but you need the qrcv to step up and help run the event . but I'm sure they wouldn't get a foot in the door. their credibility and rider numbers could swing it. and somebody willing to spend endless hours helping

Sorry guys You'll need some quad guys on the committee
