iam wondering if anyone tows a trailer behind there quads for long trips.
we have a small 5x3 trailer thats done the job well but are looking for any other ideas .
we are doing a trip in May this year ,lake Ayre ..or right around lake Gardiner havent worked out which one yet.

I regularly tow a 6x4 trailer around my 40 acre property on a 660 girzzly filled to the brim with rocks, dirt, and mud bricks with no probs. I am talking all day not for a long trip though!
Your 5x3 would follow your tracks better I think. Sounds like a good trip.

thanks yes ive got plenty of 6x4 trailers around but the weight is the problem .
as you said a5x3 is the best thats what we use at the moment .
i think ill build one the same. come in at about 100kg tare .
plenty of power to pull a 6x4 but dont need anything that big .
