Just a reminder to those considering going to Gum Valley Motorcross. There are no nominations on the day and nominations close on the 29/1/09. The rumor that it was cancelled is incorrect. The only thing that may stop it is the weather.

| we contacted gum valley motocross club and they said if we do not have the numbers they will not be runnin the quads again, so come on quad riders put in ya nominations. |

It makes me so mad when people say that . People get hurt making up the numbers. Just ride where quads are welcome in friendly atmosphere and you will get double the entries. sorry just pisses me off.

I have just received confirmation from John Hand (Gum Valley) advising that this weekends race meet has been POSTPONED to 21 & 22 February, due to the extreme weather conditions in the area.
They had this date set for their Pony Express and pending MQ approval this will now be used for the 2 day MX Event at Gum Valley. John advised that he will let MQ know so keep an eye on the MQ site for any updates on the rescheduling of this event.
Just as a matter of interest a massive 22 entries were received for the Quad Class for Gum Valley. |

so it hasnt been on yet??
its been published in this months atv action as already been raced??
or were they talking about last yrs race??

The article in the current ATV Action is about the 2008 Grasstree Beach Races not the Gum Valley 2 day event.

last year we travelled bout 10 hours to race at gum valley, was well worth the trip even tho the last race got cancelled due to rain

1st - Myles Dillon
2nd - Andrew McFarlane
