This is a very difficult sale im doing here. I have an 8 month red pure bred BM 4 sale.

photos of when he was a pup & photos taken just recently.
I have 2 sell "jake" 4 a number of reasons
1st. due 2 a back/ shoulder & neck strain i have im unable 2 commit 2 his puppy school training (big strong dogs need training) & because hes a bit hypo its hard 4 my kids 2 go out in the backyard, our last BM was very quiet so we arnt used 2 jakes high octane levels. training will stop his bad habits but again im unable 2 do it.
2nd is my wife & i r considering a move back 2 NSW & with jake we could have problems obtaining a rental place b4 buying a house.
this is the most regretable sale iv had 2 make but i feel hes better off with someone who can put the time in2 him. hes a happy go lucky pup who is lost of fun, has been raised with kids & 2 cats. he enjoys car rides & walks (only short walks because of his age)
plz dont listen 2 what the media has said about the breed in relation 2 the two small girls attacked by so called "BM" (they were some mixed mongrel & i cant c BM in them at all" so this isnt y im selling jake.
as well as the dog u get all the gear that goes with him which u will save there. U will also get plenty of extra info about the breed.
he is on limited papers but if new owner wants full papers i can sort that out.
NOTE : there r strict conditions for this sale & i refuse 2 budge on any of them. so no mixed breedings will occour i will b the new owner 4 desexing if jake is 2 become a pet only. if u intend 2 show or breed i will refer u 2 my breeder
Price is $1600 (includes $180 for desexing) price is not neg so dont try 2 haggle. interstate buyer will b a tricky 1 because ud probably want 2 c him in the flesh, i can send more photos or sort somthing out there.

Thanx foss, yeah its a shame we have 2 let him go. the move?...well when Mrs B & i hooked up i moved 2 VIC because she has family down here but after Mrs B's family members treating her like shite & now not having anything 2 do with them y stay? so north we go but dont know when
