G'day Merry Christmas and Happy new year to all (belated)

Can anyone fill me in on the banshee rear shock? i am talking about, how come when i dial from hard to soft or soft to hard... or anywhere in between, i don't feel any difference?

is it time for a new shock? alternatively is there a cheap way to fix it? if not can someone recommend a good replacement? it does not have to be an OEM replacement

Hey Dog first up the top adjustment with the black knob is compresion adjustment soft -hard. The bottom one at the base of the shock (looks like a serated steel ring is rebound. If you arnt felling any differance then its time for a shock rebuild bout ($200). The places to go for a rebuild Quad Squad, Suspensions are Us, Tecnic to name just a few.
Mate a word of advice while its pulled down make sure you get a spring to suit your weight it makes a hell of a differance when riding as the stock spring is way to light
