Yes in the new rule book (09) page 198 22.5.....a) 100 RON.
The rules are the same word for word in the 08 book but only different is 100 instead of 98.
as b4 (d)readily avalible from a petrol pump within australia , or
(e) be a brand of fuel homologated by MA that is compatibale with the "fuel quality standards act 2000"
what do you think of this new rule.

that does not mean that you can use additive hummmmmmmmm 
jumbos run on avy but mine never leaves the ground toooo far so is a 1st corner dragracers on a jumbo able to buy at the jet star depo humm?

i would say this is because that 100 RON is now readily available at petrol bowsers throughout Australia.
i think its shell that has it is at some metro service stations, with more to follow soon, i guess if its readily available to the general public MA have to allow the extra 2 ponts of octane in the rules.

Shell 100 RON is just the old optimax with more bloody ethanol in it, not really worth the extra 2 points just sounds better in their advertising propaganda.
