hey guys
found a guy who can make some carbon fiber kits for the
yamaha banshee.
would anyone be keen for a set the more i order the cheeper it will be.
only banshee`s at this stage because i dont have any raptor or 450 guards to make molds
at the moment looking at $600 a set
same shape as standard but with race cut guards

if you cut the guards exactly the same as my front ones, and it was genuine carbon fibre with a gloss finish, I would definitely buy a set for $600!

i am thinking the rear guards would not hold up too well in a roll over, with carbon fibre not being as felxible as plastic

it will be genuine carbon fibe with a gloss finish
and you have 2 or 3 colours to choose from
woven into the carbon.

i would want just natural carbon fibre, no colours.

a bloke i work with
he makes all kits for cars
and does bits of carbon work
he does a amazing job

$600 for carbonfiber wouldnt he be running at a loss . last time i checked C/F was fairly hexy price wise . i could be wrong tho as last time i usde it it was a year or 2 ago .


in reguards as to how much he uses for the job i think ol mate meant how many times is it folded to get the thickness ?

not sure how thick but it will be done corectley
have not even made a mould yet
just trying to get numbers 1st
yes carbon is not cheep but he got a full roll at a crazy
price and is a good mate so he worked out a good price
for me.
