[just doin it]

So sad to here so many problems with the 08 ltr`s AND the dealers responses, i have an 07 done nothing but race it, thunder x, finke and 2 day it and practice on it yoshi pipe n cherry bomb, done a lot of hours and have not touched it, how good are these i thought, so i bought my wife an 08 . Her`s has done 40 hours , no she does`nt cane it, but i do and it`s been put through it`s paces with a couple of other guys having to borrow it to finish particular races and these guys were fast and same thing have not touched it YET. We love em as well as the sport, all of them are good while going and the same when not, so we`re out there JUST DOIN IT.

I know of plenty of '08s getting around that have had no problems at all, and the only issue we have ever come across has been the well publicised issue of 3rd gear in the earlier batchs. Beside that, the bike has been superbly reliable. Check out how many classes they won in the US beside Pro Class. If anyone is really concerned we can supply 3rd billet gears for race use. Cam's race bike, a earlier production 08, ( #7 in Vic. Pro ) has not had a single other problem, Since the billet gears its been bullet proof, gearbox action, stock engine performance and suspension are all a improvement over '07.
