I have an 08 LTR450 with basic mods and I have just noticed i am gettin abit of 3rd gear, gear chatter, is that right and where could i get billet gears from. cos i have heard it is common that that poo themselves. thanks.

what i reckon it is , is that your lack of keeping up with some random blue yfz had caused your gearbox to turn to "profanity removed" ................

o wats that u blew ur motor and gettin charged $3200 to get it fixed

Oh no not you to! i feel sorry for you mate. I just went through the third gear issue a couple of months ago.Don't even waste your time putting stock gears back in it, talk to wadey i think he is getting another set made up so put an order in asap. Also another piont to consider is it won't be covered by warrenty so don't even bother talking to suzuki australia, you will be wasting your time. If you don't want to split it yourself pick a dealer/ mechanic that you trust, it doesent have to be a suzuki dealer because it will not be covered under warrenty anyway so take it to someone you trust. lol, forgot my bikes an 05 and gets thrashed every weekend and never had a problem till now haha
