gday to all riders. If anyone is looking for a one stop ATV business then take note. Ive owned my 04 TRX450r for about 2yrs now & as time has past like most of you i have made some changes to make my bike a better machine to ride. My mods have been pretty tame so far but like everyone knows it can be hard to find a good mechanic that will do a good job & not screw you over. Since becoming a customer of Pete Wilhelms of southern Quads (vic) ive been in good hands from day one. Pete has extensive knowledge of ATV's from general mechanic work right upto the high performance side of the sport. When i first went to Pete i told him what i wanted out of the bike & he helped me plan the best way to archive it. He gave me many options & ideas so i could get the result i wanted & he gave me alot of advice & feedback. Work is always carried out on time & the service is spot on. Pete also stocks everything you would need for your quad & his prices are very reasonable. The work that Pete has done on my bike has been great, no dramas, no hassels & i have the peace of mind knowing that he is only a phone call away & because of this i will continue to go to Southern Quads.
I highly recommend Southern Quads to anyone wanting to improve there quads & rest assure you will be well looked after...

Hell i'll second that I think everyone knows i'd be totaly lost without Pete and Sairs help. The amount of running around Pete has done for me this year is nothing short of amazing.
Pete has been to every race i've been in this year just to make sure everything gets staightend out after I bend it. And that includes all 8 round of the Vic's, Finke, the Nats (not to mention the 10 days+ he is taking out to drive my truck and trailer over while I fly) and possibly the Qld titles too.
Not to mention the other things he dose like take most of the photo's for the club web site, look after the site, member of the National Quad thingy and look after about three other riders at the same time.
If you need anything at all call him at Southern Quads _________________ Smitty |

come on yogie, u were there mate....wasnt a matter of to much power...i was moving that slow u could of walked past me...just for the rest of u reading this i took a small tumble of the weekend. Going down a steep hill with not alot of traction or speed when my front right wheel slid into a rut & i went over the bars, bike decided to follow me, my right wrist took the the full weight of my body & now im in plaster for the next 6 weeks. the worst thing was no one saw it or got it on film, waste of bloody time when u think about it |

That's spot on Big JB, don't bother crashing unless the camera is rolling. And don't forget, having a camera pointed at you gives you and extra 5% horsepower!

P.S. Pete from Southern Quads is one of Australia's top ATV Mechanic's....plus he's a great kisser, isn't he Smitty? _________________ The way to this man's heart is through his esky |
