i would like some advice on what i should do with my exaust set up on my 700 raptor.i have the gytr s/s system and it keeps cracking the pipe around the muffler. i was thinking about changing the complete system. what is a good type/brand and price..i was thinking the dmc dual system??

have DMC duals no complaints huge torque & midrange which is good for me but I think others carry the hp to higher revs. think Monster inframe duals or HMF single system are worth a look.

Hi GYTR, I have the DMC dual set up with the DMC controller . Great sound especially with the spark arrestors / baffles out and heaps of grunt. I was lucky price wise as mine came on the bike when I bought it.Thanks Scotty.

Had a DMC pipe on my LTR and it was the biggest piece of @#$% I have ever put on my bike. Fantastic power gains but the mufflers mounts were repaired/modified for extra stength 3 times in 4 months and the header pipe retaining ring also broke at 1 point and fell out mid race once. Another forum member up this way also has had to repair his YFZ DMC muffler mount after a very short amount of ride time..Got hold of a HMF of Roycrofts old LTR and havn't touched it since fitting. Don't know how long he had it and I've had it bout 6 months......

Havn't heard of dmc duals cracking mounts on raptor setup but "angle of the dangle" on left side mid pipe has to be spot on - found chain had been clipping pipe a few tank slapping g-outs prob prob did it.
