If your interested i produce a performance air box lid for the FL350 and Pilot, i also supply a large Odyssey parts supplier in Kansas in the US so he may be able to help you with the tranny parts.

I wouldnt mind doing away with the airbox. The engine too for that matter.
If I can find a trans I will run a snowmobile motor in it.

Yeah i hear snowmobile engine conversions are all the go with the US and Canadian Pilot owners,something like 600cc plus shoehorned into the frame
