Have one on the wifes Pred.
Only problem to date is that you have to be carefull with the hose when washing it. They are rain proof, but not hose proof.
A bit of contact cleaner & layed it in the sun for a day & all's good again. _________________ If it's not upside down, you're not trying hard enough!

Definitely worth the dollars if you are into trail or enduro riding. I use mine for keeping track of ride duration ,length and speed . The temperature sensor lets me know how the bike is running, and the hour meter is great for keeping track of servicing. _________________ I'm not suffering from insanity, I'm enjoying it!!! |

I fitted a Vapour to my YFZ, it's a great unit and highly recommend them. Mostly use the trip distance function, I purchase mine from the quadshop in US.

I have one on my XR400R and it is fantastic - paid just under $100.00AU delivered from the US. Thinking of getting one for my Banshee.

I have had one for over a year now.
Mine has been in 45 degree heat in the sun for most of the day, mine has been covered in mud to the point where you would not know it is even there.
I have had the bike uncovered in -8% and ice formed on it..
I wash it with a pressure washer, no leakes, no fading, no problems at all.
I love to see the max speed after a ride, I love the tacho, the heat sensor is great and I know how hot the bike gets as a result, maybe I should use it for servicing but all in all I don't think I could get anything else than can stand up to the punishment I have dished out to it and for what it provides, it is a great unit. |
