my first real crash was one weekend when me and my brother went to Stockton for a ride,
i saw some guys in the huevos videos water skipping and thought i could do that
first thing when we arrived i went to the lake in the bowl and tried to do it,
i got a lot of speed but not enough so the water stopped me and somehow me and the bike switched places, i was fine just broke the handlebars

didn't get any good film or pics of it, apparently it looked really cool even the
front flip thing.

I was riding in the rain, foot pegs were slippery and I was belting round an uneven corner when my foot came off the pegs. As my left leg was being dragged under the rear of my trike my front was wedged between the handle bars and tank and I was being torn in half. When the thing couldn't stretch me any further the whole 150kg's rolled on me. this all happened at what I would have called about 60km/per hour or more but as soon as it started it all slipped into slow motion.

Oh yeah.........I couldn't walk properly for about 6 months.

A clumsy 2nd gear high-side after a heavy nite. Not my best moment! Landed flat on my back & got winded, the trike came thru unscathed. Lost my confidence (read cockiness) for a while.

my first crash is one i will never forget as i have to much metal to remind me
i was riding a banshee and was at the dirt pits were i road all the time with two mates when i hit a forty five foot double that i had jumped at least 50 times before, but not this time i ended up coming up short and put the front wheels into the lip of the down ramp.
i dont remember anything from the handlebars hitting my legs till i woke up in john hunter 16 days later.
broke right leg in 2 places, left leg in 5 places, both wrists, both forearms, left collar bone,sternum,8 ribs,my nose, and chipped a bone in my neck.also had about 250 stitches.
it took 15 months before i could even put a leg over a bike and another 7 months before i rode and i might say i was "profanity removed" scared to but i still ride but just not as well on the mx track prefer the trails now.

okay mine is no where nears as bad as the last but would have been hilarious to see if you didnt know me i was cruising down stockton beach at about 90km/h i mean 40k/mh right along the waters edge when i learnt you should really keep an eye on the waves coming ashore. i hit a heap of water well it was a wave which in turn flipped the bike and sent me launching over the handlebars knocking me clean out. i come back to it and my artificial leg was 10 metres down the beach on its lonesome obviously vacating my body in my sudden front flip. my mates that were travelling beside me in a four wheel drive said it was the funniest thing they have ever seen.

Well if were talking quads, my first quad crash was the first day I took the 660 out for a ride..
Near bald tyres, was riding it like it was stolen... drifting like a big block chev on the dirt.... had not ridden for 10 years or so...
used to ride dirtbikes since I could only reach the pegs....so not like I had no experience on bikes..
Was out with about 6 other quad riders, they were doing some jumps on the dunes and were taking turns at some donuts....to get a good overall video of all of us....
I jumped on and started the donuts to show em up...
Was full noise in circles got up to third gear flat as ....
The bike grabbed up, stood up on the back wheels, then from me being pulled off, the torque twisted the bike sideways, went up on one back wheel, threw me off and kept going, I landed on my feet and my mate tackled me whilst the rest were laughing their heads off.... Could of been bad...

first crash apart from a few buck offs and bales was going down sand track caught glimpse of quad coming the other way before bumper on bumper head on, on corner not sure how fast we were both cranking.
end result other rider seemed bruised but ok i copped brake res in goggle flew off and landed hard in soft sand bit of blood, bruising, sprains & cracks. damage to 700 was bumper & mainframe both bent beyond repair.

Went off a dune [ 20 ft ] and landed pretty hard and put my accelorator module through my jaw when i landed. I STAYED ON.!!!!!
Though i was knocked stoopid and didnt really know up from down for a while. It took a while to clean up all the BLOOD off me and my banshee.
My mates used BUNDY to clean out the SAND then gaffa taped it shut!!.
AND WAS GOOD TO RIDE THE NEXT DAY.

3rd gear pinned + hill = what goes up, you know how it ends !!
