hello i am going to get another set of wheels & tyres just need your thoughts?
well i was looking at getting a set of hiper wheels with the single bead lock with itp sx tyres any good?
would like to hear other wheel & tyres sets what will work well for mx?

depend on what kind of tracks you are riding on as some tyres are going to work better than others (for example you wouldn't use SX's in sand) also depends on how much you've got to spend on tyres through out the year as the SX compounds in all the brands will wear quickly. Hipers are great wheels but are a bit exe and arent really a weight advantage, if you go alloy Douglas are the most recognised brand around. _________________

i will be doing genral mx at the parks within 5hrs of sydney! i would'nt use them for sand cause i have a full set of sand tyres! so are hiper wheels good are they light as they say they are? _________________ 07 BANSHEE 91hp atw at the moment

| try itp quad cross tyres from austraco or any of andy's resellers, excellent hard pack mx tyre |

| hipers certainly arnt light. Heavier than most stock rims |

I was meaning sand as in sandy MX tracks rather than the dunes......
the Hiper non-beadlocks are probably around the equivalent weight to a stock wheel but there is definatly no wight advantage from the hiper beadlocks over alloy beadlocks _________________

ide be going dougles beadlocks my self tyres well itp are a great tyre but as they say depends on track condition good to have a couple of types on hand  |
