how do i check if my hubs are bent?
is there a way or not

Its uncommon to bend hubs. Axles usually go first.
Take the hub of the axle and place it on a flat surface with the four studs facing down and see if it wobbles or sits flat. |

lift the rear of the quad off the ground, spin the wheels and see if they run true or not
or is it currently doing that and you want to know if its the hub or the axle?
