hi people i have a tzr 250 motor in a bike and its just started to overheat real quick and then splutter then stop
what the hell?
do i need a rebuild ?
its got heaps of compresion and starts first kick when cold. |

bit lean maybe and over heating.. I'd be checking for an air leak on the intake.

i had a similar problem
and it ended up being the stator
replaced it and now runs too good
