Where would you like to see the first meet held?
What time of year is most favorable at this location?
What style of area is it, are there camping facilties?
Do you think there should be a entrence fee (the event would be non profit if this was the case)?
If merchandise ie shirts caps were on offer, would u buy them?
If you are a retailer, would you like to host a stall?
How do you picture the event?
Can you help with anything in organisng the event?
